If anti-virus application has misdiagnosed dll file as a virus, please follow the steps:  

 

1. To check the misdiagnosed file in www.virustotal.com

2. Guide: Update anti-virus applications, Add Exclusion to 

    ArcheAge folder, Quit, Delete and Reinstall Client

3. If it is not solved

- Please check the misdiagnosed file name and anti-virus application name

- Email(account@xlgames.com) us with 

1) A screenshot of window / screen that popped up when the anti-virus 

    application was diagnosing the file [Error Pop-Up Window in English]

2) File sample that anti-virus application has misdiagnosed
